Refunds for Services

1. Web & App Development Services

• Full Refund: Available if the project has not commenced.
• Partial Refund: Provided on a prorated basis for in-progress projects based on work completed and expenses incurred. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital Marketing Services

• Full Refund: Available if the campaign has not started.
• Partial Refund: Issued on a prorated basis for ongoing campaigns depending on services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds for Products

1. Digital Products

• No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for downloadable items once they have been purchased and delivered. Please review product details before purchase.

2. Subscriptions

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Partial Refund: Issued on a prorated basis from the time of cancellation to the end of the billing cycle.
